I was very happy with the outcome of my misfortune yesterday. I had a burst pipe in my attic that started leaking through the floors in my bathroom. I was lucky enough to be there when it started, but, I needed help immediately as I couldnt find the valve to shut off the water. I called Able plumbing and they were able to get to me in 15 minutes of calling. They shut the water off, identified the leak, and got it all fixed in less than 2 hours. I couldnt have been happier. At the end of a construction project, I had an urgent need to get a water line in a wall moved. Able Plumbing responded almost immediately. I was impressed with the ingenuity of the plumber, as he figured out a way to fit the water line behind a new bathroom cabinet. He had the line cut, moved and put back together in about 15 minutes. Trevor was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns. He took care of my issues efficiently and quickly and was very friendly.

The worker was great knew exactly where to look, where to dig to cut and patch a pipe. Was a Cal-Water mess up. Only down side was cost, its a pretty simple fix, no real diagnostic, I could and have done myself if I wasn't disabled/injured veteran. But the cost was bordering a thousand dollars pretty ridiculous for a simple fix that anyone could technically do. But employee was nice, professional and it was fixed in the end. Was quoted 3-6 thousand to run a new simple exterior line in a straight line, wich is just digging a foot down for 30ft dropping in a new cheep pipe. Simple easy work for inflated prices.

Trevor came to look at a cranky kitchen faucet. It turned out to be the aerator--a simple mesh gasket at the end of the faucet. When I asked him what the tally was, he said, "I didn't do any actual work" (even though he did fix my problem), and he only charged me for the call. He was personable, upbeat, and fair.

And was able to complete in just a few hours the repair. My first experience was installing a new water at the house and all maintenance work on the pipes and sewer line. Have a clean out for the sewer right were it belongs and an emergency shut off for the main water line.

We had Tanner P ,for our technician for plumbing issues we are very pleased that he was prompt and we had service the same day I called! Tanner came in and did an inspection and found that we had other issues besides the one I called about. We were so thankful to get all these issues completed at the same time !what we called about was that our shower pan was filling up with water and would not drain and the sink in the bathroom was doing the same thing! Tanner was fixing a few other problems ,they couldn’t get the drain to release in the shower pan , needed to cut and replace pipe .so they came on Monday and finished up their job .we had to replace some piping that was not letting the snake continue down the piping to unplug it.Both young men were very professional talking with us taken in consideration that we had three dogs in the house that we didn’t want to get out if the gate was left open !they tidied up all their stuff that they had out to fix these drains we are very pleased with their service !!! This is my second interaction with Duston from Able Plumbing. This time, there was a leak at a junction with my main water line and the pipe from the water meter. We'd already exposed the problem area. and identified the leak late in the evening. I left an online message to Able to call me in the morning. I got a call as soon as they opened. They had a plumber here the same day and an immediate repair was performed promptly and professionally by Duston. Great service.

After noticing we had a leak at an outside faucet and knowing we have a critical water shortage I phoned Able Plumbing (calendar magnet is on refrigerator for convenience) They were booked for following day, but was told they would try to fit me in. On 7/19/22 our water pipe broke and we called Able Plumbing. Trevor came out to assist us, it was 102 degrees and we were without water. Trevor was very polite, informed us of what he would do, what it would cost and approx how long it may take. I called and spoke with Christy at their office and she took my info and said she would rearrange the schedule and get someone out as soon as possible. We called Able Plumbing because our swamp cooler was leaking into our hallway. They sent Tanner out the next morning. He went up on the roof and found the problem. He explained the fix and the cost. We called for a potential plumbing leak and got prompt service, with Duston coming out today around noon. The area of affected drywall was on the ceiling, and he carefully inspected the only pipework up above there (fire sprinkler), finding no leak, but identifying a likely source from the roof immediately above around a roof vent. I remodeled my shower changing plumbing from double handles to single handle and replacing shower fixtures. Unfortunately, much to my distress, the single handle shower mixer was set too deep after tiling completed, rendering the shower un functional. Trevor worked magic in a very small space extending the handle. There was concern sheetrock would need to be removed to fix setting, however Trevor work miracles working in the small space, sparing sheetrock destruction. He was honest, professional and empathetic to my distress. I really appreciate his good work, which was really difficult. I’ve always used Able for plumbing and electrical work and will continue to do so. Able is top quality and professional.

We called the. company to replace old galvanized plumbing. in our 1950s home. While he was here he for the major work he. also fixed little things as he found them all round the h ouse. It was a really tough problem. We had a root that was blocking our toilet. Alex Frediani did a great job. He did a great job explaining the options, showed me what was happening and overall did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him.

Shout out to Jonathan who was willing to climb into our hot attic to make an attempt to 'kill our buzz'--the annoying intermittent mystery noise that has plagued us in summers for years. I have twice needed a plumber within the past month. Both times i have used Able Plumbing. One site was outside and one was inside Trevor was on time and was able to fix my problems right away. He was careful, clean, and practical—- to say nothing of our interesting conversations! I also happened to use Able a few months ago when l got something jammed in my food disposal. I had initially called another plumber who wanted almost $200 to do the job———-Able charged $29!!! Trevor has been my plumber through the installation of a new water line and a water filter system. Both went well. Trevor is easy to work with, answers questions and gives lots of information. He was very careful not to ruin my butterfly bush or the inline irrigation PVC. The wood mulch was pulled back before digging the ditch and placed back when finished. Oh my goodness, so I spring a leak in an outside spigot and call around for a plumber. Evidently, everyone else had the same idea because everyone was busy. Trevor was amazing! Very knowledgeable about plumbing and major leaks and where to find them. My main line from the water meter to the house had a leak. This repair may have required trenching to find the leak, but from his past experience he was able to find the leak the first time around. He also repaired the leaking pipe at my water softener. Not my first experience with Able Plumbing & Electric and I am happy to say it was as good as the rest. I got a quick reply and appointment after calling regarding a gas leak in my home. Duston Rose came and tested all appliances and finally found the leak in my kitchen range. He tightened the nut and that cured it. I'm sure by doing so he saved me an appliance repair service bill. He also showed me, at my request, how to turn the gas off at the main. He was very efficient and kind. Thank you Duston and Able.

My hot water barely drizzled out of my kitchen faucet which didn't even have a nozzle. Kyle gave me like 200 options of what I can do now, later and long term. He even was nice enough to try and distract my 1 year old from grabbing his awesome tools by giving him a fancy Able Plumbing Reusable bag. Kyle answered all my questions and repeated them about 5 times because I was listening but I had to tell my husband and my sister and then write it down again even after he wrote it on my receipt. Service was fast, he said he could do any of the options today if I wanted. I now have a fancy faucet with fast running water and it doesn't stop there! Kyle worked his magic in the shower too! I appreciate the email response back from the office staff (Kristina) because I've tried calling other places that either never called me back or emailed me any sort of response. I’ve been a customer for the last three years and have always had great experiences with Able Plumbing. I have issues with septic lines and am a semi-frequent flier. After he had finished this job, I also asked him about something I had noticed at the base of one of our toilets. He said there was a slight leak. Yesterday's service was unbelievable, first off I called in the late morning, requesting service to install a new kitchen faucet...to my surprise, Sonny called me back shortly after to let me know the he had a tech available for that afternoon! We had Trevor help us with a leaking outside pipe. I thought I put in a ticket for my mother's house but Trevor ended up at my house. After giving them the right address Trevor was able to make it to the correct house within 20 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and recommended we switch to copper piping and have it insulated. I agreed and within minutes Trevor had completed the job. I checked on it one week later and it was still dry due to his hard work.

He explained his diagnostic thinking to me clearly, addressed both the toilet and the increased water pressure in my home, and he put in a pressure regulator for my home after we'd discussed it. The service that Trevor provided was exemplary in every way. This was a particularly difficult job from beginning to end. Technician Jonathan T. and assistants Ben and Ryan were courteous and maintained all the requirements dealing with the coronavirus during the project. Jonathan made sure we had full use of our water system during the multi-day repipe undertaking except for the last few hours. He explained in detail the operations they were performing. We had some unforeseen changes come up and we were provided sound and logical options. The project still coming in on budget was a plus.

Great professional efficient service with a smile. Arrived in the time frame that was given. A job quote and explanation was given prior to the work done. Trevor came to finish a to-do list after parts came in for original job order. He also took on two additional plumbing issues we had. These issues were not on an easy list at all, this house is notorious for difficult repairs. The work was done in a very timely manner and with no messes. Dwain W. arrived soon after lunch Monday afternoon with his work mate. My wife showed him the "new-fangled" overhead light that had quit illuminating our front-door area so that our evening visitors can avoid miss-steps and stumbles as they arrive and ring our doorbell. We have an old house, so stuff comes up. We've use Able several times and always happy with their service. This time I noticed a substantial leak under the kitchen sink on a Friday afternoon. Having found a leak under my dishwasher and failing to fix it myself, I called Able who was recommended by a friend. Since it was late in the day, I was told that I may have to have the after-hours on call tech come out. Thankfully, Trevor had finished up the job he was on and was able to come before 5:00. He was very polite and kind. He immediately found the problem with the hose and was able to take care of it. He also let me know how to turn the water off under the sink, instead of the main valve to the house. There were so many things to coordinate to assure the job went smoothly. He did an excellent job of explaining his ideas on the upfront visit, and he gave me the most comprehensive set of options to choose from. My wife and I also appreciated his calm demeanor and we felt that our property would be taken care of during the work. We had an atypical situation with the removal of our old tanked water heater, and Tom was the one Plumber who showed confidence and didn't make negative comments regarding that portion of the work. The installation was efficient and everything was explained thoroughly upon completion. Tom was able to check all of our fixtures after the installation and even changed an aerator in the bathroom sink for us. While my service with Alex and Tate were excellent, I was not entirely satisfied with the operator. I had originally called for service on Tuesday morning prior to your 8AM opening time and was told technicians were busy but would try to make it out to my house. At lunch my boyfriend called to check on the status and we were told a technician would come by in the afternoon. By 4:30 no one had come by and I was told by the operator that I had missed Able's call. I had no missing call and found that the operator had my number down incorrectly. I called 3xs for service and not once was my number verified, despite the fact that I had called 2xs so my number should have been visable. Because Able called the incorrect number I was unable to get service during the day which resulted in the after hour fee. Again, Alex was fantastic and the price was reasonable, but I was unhappy that I had to call so many times, my number was taken in correctly, and as a result of the company's mistake, I had to pay the after hour fee.

We returned home from Labor Day weekend to plumbing issues and were unable to use either of our toilets or showers. Alex came over after hours and stayed for 2 hours until our pipes were clean. At one point Alex told us that the machine he needed to use was a two person job. Alex could have gone home for the night, had dinner, enjoyed his evening, and scheduled us an appointment for the following day, but instead he stayed to help and called in another technician, Tate, after hours to come help us. I was both gracious and pleasantly surprised at how willing both Tate and Alex were to stay until our plumbing was no longer a problem. Both men worked diligently and were nothing but polite and respectful throughout the job. I am so appreciative for the hard work and dedication both men demonstrated yesterday. Before he left, Alex walked us through a range of options to remedy any of our plumbing issues in the future. He was both knowledgeable and informative. The price of our service was reasonable and I will without a doubt use Able and Alex’s services in the future.

We recently experienced an electrical problem. Able was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and was at the house in a timely manner. Thanks Bryan and Trevor! One of my rental units developed a leak under the house. This resulted in flooding under the house and the full perimeter into the back yard. I called my regular plumber on a Friday and they said the earliest they could come out was the following Monday afternoon. My only option was to turn off the water in the ally which meant two separate units where without service over the weekend. Monday afternoon my plumber called after assessing the situation and told me he had no interest in doing the job due to the standing water. I quickly reached out to Able Plumbing and explained the situation to them and they said they could come out on an emergency call, but if I could wait until Tuesday, they would have 2 technicians which would be an advantage considering the situation. I chose that option and met them there the next day. Bryan and Trever quickly evaluated the situation and were able to pump enough water away from the house to allow them to access the leak and replace the line. In less than 24 hours from the time my regular plumber told me he wouldn’t do the job, both units were back up and running. Bryan and Trever were nice, professional, and gave me a few different options with varying price-points with the pros and cons of each for remedying my situation. I am grateful to the guys and Able Plumbing for responding quickly and completing the job. Needless to say, I rested better last night. Thanks Guys! Brian Berry

They understood that it was NOT okay that we had been without water in extreme heat for 3 weeks. They put us first and talked price as a secondary factor, still coming up the lowest price by far. We love them and plan to use them for all the work we need done soon.

What to say...Jonathan T. and Trevor are simply the best! their work is above reproach. As is their attitude and professional courtesy-which is sadly lacking today in the public relations world. They were friendly and thorough. A joy to have in the house instead of feeling like "dear god when are going to leave!?" They turned a nightmare plumbing situation into a great experience. AND they did it for 100.00 cheaper than our lowest bid!!! These guys are great. Good job. We are having them come back for 3 more jobs we need done. I cannot imagine calling anyone else now.
